Long-term project

Why Neuland needs a modern institutional platform

This version is not a visual repaint. It is a proposal for a faster, clearer and safer public layer for content, services and future integrations.

Demo strategy

WordPress limits editorial growth

It works for publishing, but long-term sections, multilingual flows, service masks and performance control become harder when everything depends on plugins and theme overrides.

External services need a safe front door

Transfers, weather and consultations should be clearly marked as external or demo, with future integration only through authorized API, iframe permission or controlled backend.

The council can evaluate by sections

News, tourism, podcasts and digital services are separated so decisions can be made per module without overloading the homepage.

Less risk in future maintenance

A static Astro base reduces attack surface, improves speed and keeps the public website independent from administrative systems.

Recommended path

Approve the experience before connecting systems

  1. 1

    Approve visual and information architecture.

  2. 2

Define which external services remain links, masks or real integrations.

  3. 3

    Connect only authorized data sources.

  4. 4

Move approved modules to production in stages.
